Terms

Terms of service.

The plain-English terms for using this website. Last updated: July 2026.

The short version

Genotion, LLC runs this website to tell you about our work and to make it easy to get in touch. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Be respectful, don't try to break or abuse the site, and don't submit anything unlawful. Everything on this site — text, design, graphics — belongs to us unless we say otherwise. We provide the site "as is," we're not liable for much beyond what the law requires, and these terms are governed by Utah law. If you have questions, get in touch.

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at genotion.ai (the "Site"), operated by Genotion, LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Genotion," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Changes to these terms" section below explains how.

What Genotion provides

The Site is an informational marketing website. It describes Genotion, our products, and our work, and it gives you a way to reach us. The Site itself does not sell anything, does not process payments, and does not create or manage user accounts. If a specific Genotion product has its own terms of service, those terms govern your use of that product, not this page.

Acceptable use

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overburden the Site or the systems that support it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its underlying systems, or related accounts
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site in an abusive, excessive, or automated manner that is not a normal search-engine crawl
  • Submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content when you contact us
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, when contacting us

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, layout, and design — are owned by Genotion, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the Site's content for any other purpose without our prior written permission.

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you send us may be used by Genotion without any obligation to compensate you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party links & services

The Site may link to third-party websites, and it relies on third-party providers to operate — for example, we use Resend to deliver email and Netlify to host the Site. These providers are not controlled by Genotion, and their own terms and privacy practices govern the parts of the experience they handle. We provide any third-party links or integrations "as is," without endorsement, and we're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genotion, LLC and its owners, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Genotion, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. If we make changes, we'll update the effective date on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
